Participate in their testing and collaborate directly with our product team as new features are launched.
As a support engineer, maintain communication with our solutions engineers, clients, and potential clients to confirm that the system requirements are compatible with EzyCourse.
Documenting solutions and keeping up-to-date with platform updates.
Improve the client experience by producing walkthroughs and manuals.
Make and administer Trello cards to monitor client issues.
Keep track of customer discussion specifics and update their data.
Assist clients in resolving issues by leading them through simple procedures.
Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved.
Be the first point of contact for EzyCourse users, providing timely and effective technical support via email, chat, and video calls.
Troubleshoot issues related to the platform
Collaborate with the development team to identify and report bugs and suggest improvements
Proactively identify user needs and advocate for their success, contributing to a positive and supportive community
A bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering (CSE) or a related field is preferred.
Experienced in supporting customers through multiple channels
Demonstrates expertise in looking at, locating, and recording software issues.
An independent problem solver—you can figure out how to solve a complex software problem
Strong English skills—excellent in speaking, listening, and writing.
Great problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to provide clear step-by-step technical support in both written and verbal form.
