Job Description:
Appifylab is looking for dedicated support engineers to join its dynamic team. You will be responsible for the client support-related chores of our SaaS LMS platform, EzyCourse. We’re looking for a team member available to work in any shift as part of our 24/7 support team. Shifts rotate across three time slots, and flexibility to work any shift is required. The role will revolve around communicating and providing excellent support to our clients. You will support our clients through live chats, emails, video chats, etc. The Support Engineer, who answers directly to the team lead, contributes to making every customer's experience smooth and encouraging.
What You'll Do:
  • Investigate, identify, and document software bugs by reviewing console logs, conducting cross-browser and device testing, REST API testing, editing theme code (HTML/CSS), confirming custom domain setup, and more.

  • Participate in their testing and collaborate directly with our product team as new features are launched.

  • As a support engineer, maintain communication with our solutions engineers, clients, and potential clients to confirm that the system requirements are compatible with EzyCourse.

  • Documenting solutions and keeping up-to-date with platform updates.

  • Improve the client experience by producing walkthroughs and manuals.

  • Make and administer Trello cards to monitor client issues.

  • Keep track of customer discussion specifics and update their data.

  • Assist clients in resolving issues by leading them through simple procedures.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved.

  • Be the first point of contact for EzyCourse users, providing timely and effective technical support via email, chat, and video calls.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to the platform

  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and report bugs and suggest improvements

  • Proactively identify user needs and advocate for their success, contributing to a positive and supportive community

Primary Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering (CSE) or a related field is preferred.

  • Experienced in supporting customers through multiple channels

  • Demonstrates expertise in looking at, locating, and recording software issues.

  • An independent problem solver—you can figure out how to solve a complex software problem

  • Strong English skills—excellent in speaking, listening, and writing.

  • Great problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to provide clear step-by-step technical support in both written and verbal form.

  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow

Our Work Setting:
  • Full-time On-site job

  • Office based in Sylhet, Modina Market

  • 5 days a week, 10 AM - 7 PM (one-hour lunch break)
