Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
• Understand customer goals and recommend the best solutions using Appifylab's SaaS products.
• Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training for local and international customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Monitor customer adoption and platform usage, identify challenges, and proactively provide solutions.
• Handle customer escalations and coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate valuable insights to internal teams for continuous product improvement.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and long-term customer success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience working with both local and international clients, particularly customers from the US and Europe.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
• Experience using CRM systems and customer engagement tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required to support customers across different time zones.
