What You'll Do:

Experience: 2+ years
Advanced skills in design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite.
Strong understanding of UX methods, accessibility, and usability principles.
Experience in building or improving design systems.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with various teams.
A portfolio showcasing diverse projects and a clear design process.

Who You Are:

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs independently.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
Enhance the usability and functionality of existing products.
Mentor junior designers and offer constructive feedback.
Keep up with industry trends and apply best practices to your work.
