We are looking for a talented and creative Product Development Executive to join our team at Appifylab. You will play a key role in developing new features for our global SaaS platform, EzyCourse. EzyCourse is the leading all-in-one online course platform that enables developers worldwide to create and deliver courses, manage content, and grow their businesses.
In this role, you will drive the ideation, development, and launch of innovative features that improve the platform's capabilities, focusing on user experience and scalability. You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and marketers to ensure the product evolves to meet the diverse needs of developers worldwide.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify user needs, course creator challenges, and online course industry trends.
Define and prioritise new feature development based on customer insights, platform growth goals, and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with the development team to implement features and ensure they meet performance, scalability, and usability standards.
Create and manage project schedules to ensure the timely new features and updates.
Coordinate prototype development and beta testing, leveraging data-driven insights to refine and improve features.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to prepare for the launch of new features, including product positioning, pricing and promotional activities.
Monitor feature performance post-release, gather feedback and implement adjustments to maximise user satisfaction and retention.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Ed-Tech and SaaS to improve our product offerings and continuously dominate the global market.
Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the feature development process from ideation to commercial launch.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and digital learning trends on a global scale.
Proficiency in product design and development tools, focusing on creating scalable and user-friendly solutions.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate user feedback and data into actionable product improvements.
Excellent project management abilities, including timeline management and cross-team collaboration.
A creative and forward-thinking approach to solving user challenges.
Strong communication skills for working effectively with diverse engineering, design, marketing, and support teams.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
