Appifylab is looking for dedicated support engineers to join its dynamic team. You will be responsible for the client support-related chores of our SaaS LMS platform, EzyCourse.
We’re looking for a team member available to work in any shift as part of our 24/7 support team. Shifts rotate across three time slots, and flexibility to work any shift is required.
The role will revolve around communicating and providing excellent support to our clients. You will support our clients through live chats, emails, video chats, etc. The Support Engineer, who answers directly to the team lead, contributes to making every customer's experience smooth and encouraging.
