What You'll Do:

• Conduct user research, interviews, journey mapping, and usability tests
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Design dashboards, SaaS interfaces, and component-based layouts
• Work closely with Product & Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Develop and maintain a scalable Design System
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
• Gather user feedback & data to iterate on designs
• Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and UI consistency across all devices
• Stay updated with modern SaaS UX trends, Figma standards, and interaction patterns

Who Can Apply?

• Proven experience (2+ years) leading a design team within a tech-driven or SaaS company.
• Proficiency in Figma (Auto layout, components, prototyping, design systems)
• Experience designing dashboards, workflow tools, or SaaS interfaces
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, interaction design, and design systems.
• Knowledge of responsive design
• Familiarity with Web/App constraints (basic HTML/CSS understanding preferred)
• Bonus: Familiarity with no-code platforms, LMS interfaces, AI/ML design concepts, or EdTech platforms.
• Attention to detail and passion for clean, modern UI
