Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing, Content & Digital Marketing

• Product positioning and messaging
• Go-to-market fundamentals
• Content writing and content marketing
• SEO fundamentals
• Market research and competitor analysis
• Lead generation and customer acquisition
• Blog writing, case studies, and marketing materials

Sales Development (SDR)

• Prospecting and lead qualification
• CRM and pipeline management
• Customer communication and follow-up
• Understanding the SaaS sales process

Solution Consulting & Product Demonstration

• Customer discovery and requirement analysis
• Product demonstrations and presentations
• Business communication
• Solution-oriented selling

Customer Success

• Customer onboarding
• Customer engagement and product adoption
• Customer feedback and retention
• Account growth opportunities

Successful candidates may be placed in one of the following areas:

Who Should Apply?

• 1 year + experience in this field or relevant field
• Final-year undergraduate students or recent graduates
• Students from CSE, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
• Candidates with strong English writing and speaking skills
