What You'll Have the Opportunity to Work On

During the internship, you will gain practical experience across multiple GTM functions, including:

Product Marketing

• Learn product positioning and messaging.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and case studies.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and market research, SEO knowledge, and content writing.
• Understand how SaaS products are introduced and positioned in competitive markets.

Sales Development (SDR)

• Observe and participate in inbound and outbound prospecting activities.
• Learn lead qualification techniques and CRM management.
• Assist with demo scheduling and customer follow-ups.
• Gain experience in building and managing a healthy sales pipeline.

Account Executive (Solution Consulting & Product Demonstration)

• Participate in customer discovery sessions.
• Learn how to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Assist in conducting product demonstrations and preparing proposals.
• Develop business communication and presentation skills

Customer Success

• Support customer onboarding and implementation.
• Learn customer adoption and engagement strategies.
• Assist in collecting customer feedback and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Understand customer retention, renewals, and account growth.
• Learn how to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion based on customer needs.

Who We're Looking For

• Final-year undergraduate students or recent graduates from CSE, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Passionate about technology, AI, SaaS, and business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
