We are looking for a high-energy, performance-driven professional to join our Growth & Demo Team and play a key role in converting high-intent inbound leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage inbound website visitors through live chat, email, and scheduled meetings

  • Qualify leads generated from global marketing campaigns

  • Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations to prospective clients

  • Guide trial users through onboarding and drive subscription conversions

  • Position product value confidently against competitors

  • Conduct competitor research and industry feature analysis

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead pipelines

  • Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and support teams

  • Contribute directly to monthly revenue and growth targets

  • Prepare structured reports on demo performance and conversion metrics

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

    (Major in Marketing, Management, or Finance is most relevant),

    Other Relevant Degrees (B.Sc in CSE)

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Proven ability to create presentations and conduct product demonstrations.

  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and B2B communication.

  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership of the entire sales cycle.

  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Our Work Setting:
Full-time/Hybrid/On-site job
Office based in Sylhet, Modina Market 5 days a week, 10 AM - 7 PM (one-hour lunch break)
