Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Analyze user feedback and behavior to improve product features.
• Collaborate with product, development, and growth teams.
• Assist in planning and validating new features.
• Monitor feature adoption and product performance.
• Help improve user onboarding and product usability.
• Participate in product discussions and internal reviews.
• Document product ideas, feature improvements, and user insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CSE, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• 1+ year of experience in product, growth, research, or related roles.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in SaaS products, technology, and digital platforms.
• Preferred Skills (Plus Points)
• Knowledge of SaaS products or digital platforms.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
• Understanding of product lifecycle and feature development.
• Experience in product research, UX insights, or growth analysis.
