Upload content accurately to the structured guidelines.
Troubleshoot fundamental issues and provide timely updates to clients
Documenting solutions and keeping up-to-date with platform updates.
Make and administer Trello cards to monitor client issues.
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Good understanding of file formats (videos, PDFs, docs, etc.) and how to handle them.
Prior experience in client support, VA tasks, or LMS course setup is a plus.
